How to contact Paramount+ Customer Support
There are a few ways to contact Paramount Plus Customer Support, which is a good thing. (If the support is actually good, of course.)
You can connect with support on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and on the website at help.paramountplus.com. Or if you’re not in the US, visit support.paramountplus.com instead.
Paramount+ phone support
Phone here: 1-888-274-5343
It’s true. You can still pick up a phone and speak to an actual human. In the US, call Paramount+ phone support toll-free at the number above.
Phone support is open 9am to 12am (ET) Monday through Sunday, the same as the human live chat.
If you’re overseas, long distance charges may obviously apply, so call from Skype (or a similar service) to avoid the charges.
💡 TIP
If live chat is not going well, you can ask for a supervisor and arrange to have Paramount+ Customer Support call you back at a prearranged time.

Live chat customer support
Go here: Paramount+ Contact Us
Like nearly every company website nowadays, Paramount+ Customer Support has a chatbot. And despite what every company wants to believe, chatbots are not customer support. They’re Help pages or FAQs stuffed inside a chat window.
The good news is that you can quickly and easily push Paramount+’s chatbot out of the way. You don’t even need to click on answers to a bunch of questions first. (And the chatbot even tells you how, so score points for that.)
To interact with a human customer service agent, do not click on any of the topics in the chat window. Simply type “agent” into the text field and you’ll be queued up for the next available agent.
However, you can only connect with humans between 9am and midnight Eastern Time. That’s every day of the week, even on Sunday.
Facebook customer support
Go here: Paramount+ Help Facebook page
Paramount+ Help has its own dedicated Facebook page. You don’t need to join a group to leave comment on the page. All you need a Facebook account (obviously).
However, you must comment on a post as there is no option to send a direct message (DM). So you’re likely leaving a comment on a post that has nothing to do with your issue. And as the page is not updated very often, the post you comment on could be 2 months old.
According to the page, the hours of Facebook support are every day from 9am to 1am (ET). That’s an hour later than support over the phone and live chat.
Instagram customer support
Go here: @ParamountPlusHelp
Send a DM to @ParamountPlusHelp on Instagram with your question.
The hours of IG customer support are the same as Facebook, every day from 9am to 1am (ET).
Twitter customer support
Go here: @AskParamount
Simply tweet @AskParamount and ask your question. You can also send them a DM if you don’t want to ask your question publicly.
Like Facebook and Instagram, the hours of Twitter support are every day from 9am to 1am (ET).
However, it seems like the entire Paramount+ Help account is automated. And the DMs are just an AI chatbot.

Is Paramount+ Customer Support any good?
This is where the rubber meets the road. Because providing ways to contact customer support is just half the job. Not even half, actually.
We asked Paramount+ Customer Support a clear, simple question:
What is the policy on how Paramount+ defines returning subscribers? Is there a minimum period of time that a person needs to be unsubscribed?
Answering the question was apparently more difficult than expected, but we were rewarded with some insights into the quality of customer support at Paramount+.
Even though there are a lot of red X’s, Customer Support at Paramount+ is comparatively not bad. Granted, that’s partly because it’s become increasingly difficult to contact actual humans and get real answers, so the bar has been set quite low.
What’s the best way to contact Paramount+ Customer Support?
Picking up the telephone—and using that built-in voice feature it has—is the best way to contact Paramount+ Customer Support.
You may encounter a long wait times, but it’s the most effective and reliable way to get a straight answer.
