How to watch the UEFA Champions League in the US
Watching the UEFA Champions League in the USA is fairly straightforward because your options are limited. Back in November 2019 CBS replaced Turner Sports as the exclusive American rights holder for UEFA club competitions. The deal went into effect for the 2021-2022 Champions League season and will last until 2030.
The competitions include the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, and the Europa League. This means that UEFA matches are divided between and broadcast on CBS, Paramount+, and CBS Sports Golazo Network.
For the Spanish-language broadcasts, Univision locked in the rights for US broadcasts until 2027.

When it comes to the UEFA Champions League, Paramount+ will have every minute of every minute, plus pregame and post-game shows. CBS will air one live match each day of the first leg and one match on 2 days of the second leg, while CBS Sports Golazo Network offers several hours of pre- and post-game coverage.
You can watch every match of the UEFA Championship League on Paramount+. If you don’t want to get Paramount+—and/or have already tried the Paramount+ free trial—you can catch 6 of the matches on CBS.
Live TV streaming services are far more expensive than Paramount+, but these are the streaming services with CBS:
Watch the Round of 16 in Spanish (en Español)
TelevisaUnivision secured the Spanish-language rights for broadcasting the UEFA Champions League in the US until the 2026-2027 season. Similar to CBS, matches will be divided between its TV channel UniMás, sports channel TUDN, and streaming platform ViX.
ViX has every UEFA Champions League matchup so you don’t need to look elsewhere for games in Spanish. Most of the games will be on ViX’s free plan, but 5 matches will require an upgrade to the ViX+ premium plan. (This also means any game on ViX noted below can be watched with a ViX+ subscription.)
The ViX+ premium plan is just $6.99/month, which works out to $1.40 per game. That’s cheaper than the bag of chips you shouldn’t be eating during the match, so it’s also good for your health.

Out of these, Vidgo’s Spanish-language plan, Vidgo Mas, is the cheapest at $39.99/month. That’s roughly $25–40/month less than the other 3 options. However, you’re getting a lot less content and fewer features.
